Susan recently completed a Master of Visual Arts at  Monash University.  She  was awarded a studio position in Tuscany Italy, for September/October 2006.  Palimpsests within the constructed  and cultural landscape of Medieval Italy and Roman Italy, continue to be a source of inspiration, as are the writings of Italo Calvino, “Six Memos for the Next Millennium” and “Invisible Cities”.
